TOP 1 Necron lord for being so powerful and with many abilties. tOp 2 Orc warboss for being so strong and catch em up and beat the down. top 3 eldar farseer for haveing so many fun spells:

the necron lord with all the upgrades is the best hero

Tau Commander, fully upgraded can beat the best necronlord anyday. He can knock him back with his missles before the necron lord get's a hit in.
Iknow you the nightbringer is an indestrctble god but it only lasts a short while and the Tau commander is fast, stealthed (necronlord loses detct ability in nightbringer mode) and can jet pack away.
Even eith artfacts, tau commander can defeat ANY HERO in ONE on ONE. If you dont beleive me, vs me and we will do 1 on 1, Commanders (primary) only.

the necronlord have the teleport ability, he can quickly approch the Tau Commander and kill him
