I'm in chapter four, just turned the wheel on the monument in the courtyard after killing off some mutants. I've looked around......I'm stuck as to what to do next?????

Look proper. At the left side is a room, where a fusebox is flashing lightnings out. Use it with your throwing-knife and take the voltage with it. Throw it over the monument. It is spreading gas, if you look exactly. The gas will enflame.

If you enflamed the gas, throw your knife a second time through it, and you'll get a burning knife. The burning knife, you throw at the black slime (or what it is). The slime will burn out and you can enter the next stage.
