How do you make this trainer work I cant open the other file to find out how to get this trainer to work can you help thanks

Most files come in .rar files, these are archives which are compressed, use winrar to open them ((rarsoft.com))

Also open any .nfo files with notepad for instructions.

And also bear in mind these trainers were from 2005, so they will NOT work on any later versions after 2005.

hey how do I remove this from my computer it wont let me delete this trainer and it has locked me out of the WSP file as well please tell me how to get this off my computer it is causing a lot of problems on my CPU is does this trainer have a virus on it or what please get back to me soon thanks

I dont think it has a virus, for me it doesnt.

And I can delete the file after running it etc.

perhaps you had an infection before hand, or perhaps a simple restart of your PC may help.
