    CH trainer is very gooood GJ but...

    These are the tools with you can edit every thing in the game it's like a trainer +infinite options. CH should change the public release because now it's not exclusive with this tools you can reach stars...

    I agree, modders have been slaving to release tools, editors and gameplay mods fo free. All of which can be found here

    haha, it's true you can edit everything, but most people who do the mods and even the pack file manager, are not sure what editing most of these values will do. Open the pack file manager and see how many values have no labels. Anything is possible, but it's still too early since not everyone is sure how everything works.

    Well maybe You are right but I have edited everything I wanted and I have get many more than from CH trainer could get. Although it is harder and it takes more time...

    To get all techs load startpos.esf or a savegame and go to:
    main->campaign_startpos->campaign_env->campaign_model->world->faction_ array now find nation you want to edit and then faction->faction_technology_manager->techs-> and there will be many techs change their first UInt value to 0 that you will have 3 x 0 every tech and do it for all this takes some time but... voilla!
