i have figured out how to get the ray gun in campaign mode
follow each step

1.start the mission called "Little resistance"

2.call in airstike and start walking to the right of th beach

(follow each direction carefully)

3.there should be a crater in the ground with water in it stand in it for 5 seconds

4.turn to the left and you should see another crater with water but its smaller stand in it for 5 sec

5.down left there should be a smaller hole with NO WATER IN IT and you guessed it stand in it for 5 seconds

6.if you go down left you should see another hole WITH WATER IN IT stend in it for 10 seconds there should be an earthquake and some weird voices than some lion ststues should pop out of the ground walk up to them than you should see the icon with the hand inside hold square and wah-loh you got a ray gun

now you can kill in one shot hope this helps
