Power items are more efficient than the Macho Brace.

Bacho brace with Pokerus will be: 1*2*2 = 4, 2*2*2 = 8 or 3*2*2 = 12.
Power items with Pokerus will be: (1+4)*2 = 10, (2+4)*2 = 12 or (3+4)*2 = 14.

Power Items > Macho Brace.
