    everytime i try to run the game, crashes before start up and i get this exception pop up. starting to get annoying right now. ive checked the other threads and their solutions, just doesnt seem to work! im running on a gateway p-7811 fx. 4 gb memory, 9800M GTS, 2.26 ghz dual core CPU. Vista 64-bit. EAW works perfectly, but FOC is frustrating me!! any ideas?

    it happens to me too i start the game and it crashes,i have vista 32-bit nvidia ge force 9800 gt 2.8 ghz quad core ,4 gb ram ,but the normal empireat war works perfect

    try and patch FoC and update your drivers for GFX cards

    i have windows vista 64 bit - nvidia geforce 9800m GTS - Intel core dup 2.3 ghz - 4 gb ram. from what ive read on the threads EAW works fine one this config (it does with mine) but FOC has an issue with any ram over 2 gb :-/

    Currently running EAW & FoC on Win 7, 32B, 4Gb Ram, with no compatibility active, 8800 GTS with latest drivers. Works beautifully.
