Here's the readme on the options:

Options

F1: Super Health
F2: No Damage Vehicles
F3: Unlimited Ammo
F4: Super Money / Score
F5: No Police
F6: Reset Police Record
F7: Freeze Timers
F8: Carnage Mode
F9: Speed Boost Focus
F10: Tiny Cars
F11: Super SkyJack


Notes
-------

F1: Super Health - activate this and you cannot be killed by most things.

F2: No Damage Vehicles - activate this and the current vehicle you are in
will be able to withstand unlimited damage. Even if the doors
are off and there are no tires your car will be able to continue.

F3: Unlimited Ammo - you guns will have unlimited ammo as well as endless clips.

F4: Super Money / Score - use this in missions that calculate score or money
and you will have 9,999,999. May not work in all missions!

F5: No Police - turn this on and you can shoot and crash at will throughout the
city and the police will not pursue you. This doesn't help if the
police are already chasing you. Turn this on BEFORE you go crazy in
the city. Does not prevent scripted events.

F6: Reset Police Record - press this key to reset your Police Record back to 0.
This will not change the star count that you see currently, but you
will see that if you start a fresh chase with the police your level has
lowered (if you had a high wanted level such as 4 or 5 stars).

F7: Freeze Timers - use this in missions that have timers. This may not work in
all missions.

F8: Carnage Mode - This mode increases the damage in the game. You will find that
one shot destroys cars, kills people, and generally creates carnage in the
game. You might want to activate F1 and F2 above before engaging in this!
If you are protecting someone, it might not be a good idea to have this on.

F9: Speed Boost Focus - This will fill the Focus instantly and keep it there for
Speed Boost, although it may work for other skills.

F10: Tiny Cars - Use the mouse (or joypad) to highlight a car for SkyJack and while
highlighting a car, press this option key and that car will turn into
a tiny vehicle. Beware of motorcycles as the tiny motorcycle is not
rideable and the rider will crash on it (including you!). You can, however
ride the other tiny vehicles! Fun option.

F11: Super SkyJack - This option can be toggled on or off. This will allow you
a greater distance to JACK cars and also you can now skyjack the police
cars and the Semi Trucks while in motion, etc.

OMMFG! I came here sort of half-heartedly hoping you'd be thinking of making a Wheelman trainer soon, I really didn't expect one to be up already!

Excellent job guys although Im not sure the no car damage works. Anyone confirm this?

if you damage your car over and over, eventually it will catch fire and then eventually it will stop moving and then after that will explode. this prevents THAT progression. you still knock tires off, lose bumpers, destroy glass windows, experience bent axles, etc.

with this option activated, you never run the risk of being in a situation where the car dies on you or explodes.

Well, I'm experiencing exploding cars... with the trainer ON. Failed several missions because of this. Anybody else??

On my version on the game trainer not works. After F1 pressed it said trainer cant found game. I have license.

try using the VTY no-cd fix

I was wondering, do you have to activate the "vehicle no damage" every time you get in a new vehicle? Cause my vehicle does get destroyed with this option on. (i use health,vehicle,ammo and freeze timer cheat on, if this helps).
