I agree people are complaining loads about a good game which has shown creativity and expansion from the originals.
True there have been some moves away from the original game but if they had kept things the same they would have recieved a load of stick from a lack of creativity and invention.
Besides what other games have Tim Curry
not many other games

The issue with the game is not the fact they diddn't keep it the same as RA2. I wouldn't care if they had nothing the same unit wise from RA2. The issue is with the lack of units and creativity involving them.
The Japanese are the prime example of a good faction. Everything is new, everything looks awesome and is effective. RA2, allies had loads of units to choose from as did the soviets but they all had there own unique differences. This game has shown no creativity as you suggest it does. Creativity would suggest having a whole new unit set. Going from mutli-purpose infantry, to prism tanks and camo tanks that make themselves look like trees and turn that into infantry called peace keepers with shotguns and crappy and complete regular tanks. That is about as uncreative as one can get.
To put in short, this game has so completely turned me off the Commander and Conquer series that I went from fan of the series to never touching another commander and conquer game again. I'm sure the gamemakers make a good effort but theres no way I'm shelling good money for a game that cannot come close to beating RA2's gameplay and infact seems like it does everything in it's power to downgrade it. For nothing more than a worse, improved graphics game. That's been the new legend of the Command and Conquer series, which doesn't seem to end with just Red Alert 3.
