ive done what's asked here and the trainer don't work.
the previous trainer crashes the game but the new one does activate but even when you hear active on numpad 1,2 and 3 the cheats don't work i still don't have inf health and ammo etc.

is there gonna be a better fix ??

there is no 'better fix'. the trainer works fine. disable your antivirus, firewall, run as administrator etc.
