it is very hard but u have 2 hit the top of the flaming trash pile just at the right angle and grind the firework on the roof. the fire goes out really quickly so there is no point trying to climb the ladder but if you ollie at the top of the pile then you might just reach it. GOOD LUCK,IT IS VERY HARD TO DO!!!!!!!!!
