Well, i heard u guys all talkn about patch#1 on steam version but what about the retail one? i search on google and gamershell but i found nothing about patch. Any idea?

The retail version must be activated with steam, so the update is done automatically with Steam, even when you bought it in a store.

empire havent a retail version, its all the same

Ditto, the retail and Steam version are one in the same. You need to Steam to run the game either way.
