Hi there. I notist that when you start the game from the STEAM client you wont get the bonus units. To play with them you need to select the option to make a shortcut on the desktop when you enter the code. I then notist that for ewry code there was a new shortcut needed. But i wanted to play with all bonus units in one game, so i did some tweeking and i found a way. This is from my post on the STEAM Empire forum. ******************************************************** Well i just found somthing whery nice. I got myself 2 copys of this game. One regular and one special forces. I got them from 2 diffrent places witch gave me 2 bonus units to activate. (The dead head hussars and the USS Constitution)
When you activate the bonus units you get a option to make a shortcut to the desktop. If you dont you cant play with the units. And evry unit gets its whery own shortcut. So i have 4 shortcuts on my desktop. 1 Original Empire game 1 Special Forces game 1 The Deadhead Hussars unit 1 USS Constitutional.
So i wanted to have all the units in one game and im guessing you want that to. This is what you do.
Pick one of the shortcuts to be the main one, mine is the Special Forces.
Then go to the next one, lets say its the USS Constitution.
Right click and pick "propertys", this will give you a new window. In this window there is a place calld "Target" This is the command line telling the exe where to look for the game and how to load it. It will look somthing like this: "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch xxxxx
What we are looking for is the -applaunch xxxxx (where the x are numbers)
You copy this line to the same place on your Special forces shortcut and it should look like this: "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch xxxxx -applaunch xxxxx (Note that the "xxxxx" is in place of the numbers that you will find there linking to the diffrent bonus items)
Make shore there is a space seperating all the -applaunch xxxxx or it wont work!!!
The first -applaunch xxxxx is the code to start the Special Forces. The second is to start your bonus unit.
So if you like me have 3 bonus unit codes (SPecial Forces, The Deadhead Hussars and USS Constitutional) you will have 3 -applaunch xxxxx, one after the ather.
Now you have one shortcut that will launch the original game with all bonus units. *************************************************************
Now if any one that speeks and wrights english better then me wants to make a better tutorial on how to do this, feel free.

A motivated soldier, will cover the grenade with his or her body. There by saving the life of his or her fellow soldiers.
A unmotivated solder, will cover the grenade with one of his or her fellow soldier. Thereby saving his or her own life.
So at all times keep your soldiers motivated.
