I dont think so, its hardcoded unlike say civilication. You cant make new citys so your stuck with the ones you get. Now in the future there might be a way to mod, but as the files are encrypted that might take some time.
A motivated soldier, will cover the grenade with his or her body. There by saving the life of his or her fellow soldiers.
A unmotivated solder, will cover the grenade with one of his or her fellow soldier. Thereby saving his or her own life.
So at all times keep your soldiers motivated.

I would totally change Gdansk to Danzig because Danzig ist Deutsch.
In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'

1.Unpack the patch_xx.pack (xx=languagecode) with PackFileManger 2.Open text/localisation.loc with Editor of your choice (Personally I prefer UltraEdit) 3.Search for gdansk (turn off exact match) 4.You'll find it 5 times. You need the two ones reading (English yours may be differnt. The Part after the rectangle is the one that counts)
west_prussia:gdansk389Gdańsk and west_prussia:gdansk113Gdańsk
Change them to
west_prussia:gdansk389Danzig and west_prussia:gdansk113Danzig 5.Done (6.I recommend using UltraEdit because you have multiple viewing options for example Hex&ASCII together)
editf course you need to remove the patch_xx.pack file after unpacking (or you replace the localisation.loc inside of it using PackFileManager)
