First off, great job with the trainer: works great.
sorry, title should be "Music and Console"
Now i have 2 things, firstly is there a way to enable the console? i know that with steam there used to be an option in the properties tab (or maybe somewhere else) that enabled it. I hate fog of war more than anything, and would do anything (within reasonable limits) to get rid of it, be it getting the console back or modding the file itself. i know its possible because some of the road to independance episodes start off with the whole thing revealed.
Secondly, does anyone know where the music folder is located? I hate the file structure in steam; hard to navigate.

since its a different engine the developers did not use the old console... I believe however there MAY be an updated version of the console that you can enable via modding kit but don't quote me on that. something I would do.

Official statement is, that they used a standalone console. May be part of a SDK but for now: no console!

I think the people at studio where empire was made doesn't want people modding the game yet, as they seem to be dealing with some bugs, like the sound bug which takes away canon fire sound effects and it's always harder to fix a bug when people start modding files left and right. Also, they could be holding off on the console, so that they can do an DLC addon where they can charge people some more for new "content" and if people can freely mod the game, there will be less people willing to pay for new "content" if others make it for free. I think that's 1 of the main reasons, other than World of warcraft that blizz didn't go and make some more expansions for warcraft 3, especially after people started to mod the game so much.
