I was running into constant enemy doomstacks so I used save parser to open up my save files and take a look. It seems this trainer's money cheat also affects enemy nations right down to the minor ones.
I was surprised to see even the plains Indians with 999999 gold lol.
Great trainer besides that one thing.

Can agree to getting this issue. I turn all the options off between turns and it seems to help.

Tried it. Cannot find money script and fails everytime. Crying shame but it is what it is.
