No, as u drive down the road towards the sea, turn left into the bushes. Go up the hill, & continue driving. When u're approx. level with the hiker called Mario, you'll see a smallish white spinning disc. Drive through it at approx. 80 km/h. You'll then land on Manana Island.

You tube has about 5 more tricks you can find thru the video it has on it's site
