Well hello there dear members. I am here to present you the Halo quiz. Which will be hosted by gammerman later on.
The rules are simple:
No spamming!
No trolling!
No flaming!

Ok so here's the first question:

1.Was the Arbiter always with Cheif and explain how their diplomatic relationships progressed?

Oh before I forget, as I said the quiz will be hosted by gammerman and he'll give you points if you answer these questions right. So just to be clear, I don't do the scoring.

The Arbiter and Master Chief first met face-to-face in the events of Halo 2. They were being held by The Gravemind, and he sent them both on a mission to find The Index.
They were separated when Gravemind tapped into the teleportation system on Installation 05, and then reunited in the events of Halo 3 just after Sergeant Major Avery Johnson and his squad located the Master Chief.
