I bought the mortar type 63 thing but when i fire it, it just makes smoke when it lands with no explosion, how do i fix it or what do i have to do? How do you use the Mortar launcher?

well how do i use the one to make it explode? I would hold mouse 2 aim it and fire and then watch it go up and land as smoke. How do I fix it?
