I completed rookie 100% and celebrity races, but I still don't get those achievements! anyone has the same problem here?

I had the same problem and I couldn't get rid of it... So I just started playing the game again and it worked...

Ok guys, I created a new save, played through rookie again 100% without cheating trainers, all clean, but still didn't get the achievement! do I have to do the upgrade racing, too, to unlock it?
