I have a question, will GTA IV be putting in Gang Wars like they did in San Andreas? Because those gang wars were a nice addition to the game and made everything completly awsome.

Spent a lot of time and had a lot of fun taking gang territories and defending them and looking back at my accomplishments as my grove bothers were walking the streets in a freshly look territory. Would have been better if I could have gotten that unlock new territories glitch.

However I have looked everywhere and nobody seems to be addresing this question.

Also another question, will you actually have the ability to call in mercenaries. You know like hitmen or body gaurds in exchange for cash? Be-able to bribe anybody, etc.

I don't think that Rockstar will be adding any of that. It's not really in the theme of the game. Most of the criminal factions aren't mere street gangs, but highly organized, professionalized, crime syndicates.

I don't know much about modding, but that seems like it would be obscenely difficult to mod in--so I highly doubt we'll be seeing any of it.

I didn't liked all those gangwars in GTA SA, but GTA IV should have some teritoriums where some gangs where located, like a neighboorhood ore something for some gangs,(not the same neightboorhood for all gangs.)
and GTA IV Should have some houses that u can buy that actually have a garage,,,,

well... there are private parking places only for owners, what else do u want? ))

That doesn't make sense. Even highly professional and organized crime organizations have wars with each other. Over drugs and ****.

I mean if it's all missions than I may prefer San Andreas. Sand Andreas was all story-line and missions but you also had the side attraction of taking gang territories and robbing houses, etc.

There was just so much you could do in SA.

But they're generally not going to have turf wars. They'll fight over business, but not over a street.

Organized crime has bigger fish to fry than fighting over whose urine is on the mailboxes.

Would be cool if we were the "Russian Mafia", and gangwars and all that...
