No not working here, retail gold edition, 2.1.0.2199.

Playing the CSA scenario as CSA. my number change as 'normal' they do not freeze or go way up, activated trainer (game found) pressed options, ended turn several times, and no change from trainer.

I'm pretty sure the gold version trainer does not work for the digital version. So you are out of luck if you didn't buy it in the store.

we purchased the digital download GOLD version of the game. i tested the trainer with several scenarios and several nations (main nations). i did not test the trainer with obscure small nations like costa rica, etc.

we made the original trainer using the original retail (non GOLD) version of the game.

my findings:

The trainer works for all scenarios except:
clash of continents
southern star

Not all nations are supported in all scenarios. small countries like costa rica appear to be capped on purpose in some respects. i do not know how to fix this at this time.

we originally did this trainer due to overwheleming user requests for it when the original (non-gold) version came out. however, this game has proven most difficult to train, as evidenced by the fact that there are NO OTHER TRAINERS MADE for it. we bought THREE versions of this game to try and improve and support it..

for someone to put that the trainer doesn't work is simply incorrect. but i admit that the trainer isn't perfect and it doesn't seem to work for all nations (the custom nations) and in all scenarios. the trainer SHOULD work for most of the MAJOR nations of historic importance in the original NONGOLD missions, but it does work for some of the GOLD missions.

as a side note, i did not see a "CSA' scenario nor a nation named CSA in any of the scenarios?

we will update this game through patches but i cannot 'fix' this or 'improve' it. i have done the best i can with this game-

Caliber have you guys been able to get an update to the trainer?

I have tried and follow your advices, the trainer does not work for any scenario or nation (tried with France).
So, like other comments, I wonder if it properly works. Unless it is not properly explained on how to use it.

Unfortunately, this trainer isn't working for me either. I've tried playing as the UK in the 1933 scenario (forget its name) on the latest patch version - nothing seems to work.

It's very frustrating.
