Hi,
The game has yet to arrive where I live, and I can't find UK stores that ship it worldwide on eBay (or anywhere else for that matter).
So I was thinking of getting the game through Steam (which also appears to be somewhat cheaper than the retail version). But I was wondering if there are any disads to that, cheat/trainer-wise.
Does the CH trainer work well with the Steam version, is the Steam version moddable? (I saw a post here where someone describes that you can edit certain game files to change static modifiers, such as the amount of damage you receive on easy difficulty and such)
Thanks for your help.
EDIT: I really would like to know if the trainer has been tested on the Steam version, or if the Steam version is moddable.

I never buy anything through Steam or any game that uses Steam as a third party client. I have had my fill with this bunch of crooks and will never use their service or buy from them again. Oh everything is fine up until something messes up, then you can never get any satisfaction from these people. When their automatic update download failed on one of my games, I could never get the game to work again. In other games I could never get my password or registration recognized and have lost probably $200.00 or more before I wised up and stopped using things which were associated with Steam. I am aware that more companies are using Steam, but I cannot understand why. I think these companies to be first class idiots, and complete dolts to use Steam. Do what you want but take my advice and leave Steam and Steam related games alone.
