F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin Message Board

now lets get started..

@ end of this game u try 2 activate the gizmo which is supposed 2 help u 2 kill Alma(gulp...) but everytime other guy attacks u alma makes strange moaning voices .. first i thought alma is trying to save you(yea sure ) but later @ ending i saw beckett touching alma's belly and alma was kinda umm.... phat after i saw that i was like WTF ?? but then **clink** ALMA RAPED BECKETT OMFG ...... anyway at least beckett should have died COME ON MONOLITH WTF R U DOIN ?? first pointman now beckett ??? monolith is gunna needs a helluva ending for all of this.... soo any suggestions about what will happen next game ?

PS: when clink thingy happened i understood who ****ed alma... or who raped u

Alma never seemed all that violent towards becket and at some points she even seemed to help him And her Child form Guiding him in some sections. And does that mean becket is a necrophile? after all alma is supposed to be dead

And whats with her multitude of forms (Child, Nakedwomen & decaying looking nakedwomen) and the ability for her to be all over the place really fast

and i dont know about you guys but this didnt feel as spooky as when i 1st played original fear ok there are sections u turn around and she is there but they are very few and they dont seem to ahve the same atmosphere as they did in the original

All in all good game i wanna see more spookfest in next game and maybe even the escalating issues with alma spreading her spookyness to other cities

oi i forgot 2 tell i crapped my pants.... when i was leaving alma's REAL garden with that tree thingie i was sure that alma will ''visit'' me but she didnt appeared and i was like ''lol'' and after i opened gate i looked my back(i always do that when leaving any kind of area 4 secrets and stuff) and ***shriek**** that was really good monolith somehow anticipated what will players do @ that garden

This might seem strange somehow,

But I don't feel as if Alma is really 'bad'. Like you said, she does seem to 'help' you, and according to all of the people who are also guiding you, she's trying to 'absorb' you. But you have to take into consideration that these people are truly afraid of her--they locked her away, they want to kill her, etc. You're just a bystander who's sort of the leaning tower. On one side, Alma, girl who was experimented on, locked away killed, etc. On the other side are the people who like to experiment on children, muddle in their brains and heads to 'cultivate' them into being super-commanders. I feel as if Alma is, if anything, just someone who simply wants revenge on those who've messed with her lfie--not on everyone.

It does seem like that Alma isn't all that bad, and Becket GOT LAID lol :P well whatever happens with the story i'm sure it'll be great
also, after playing fear 2 twice (second time with the trainer), i went and played the other Fear's, honestly they're much creepier than F2, plus they're all fun on extreme difficulty (hard on F2 i think). about to play F2 for the 3rd time

I agree with that Alma not being so evil. but in the game the said they made Beckett irresistible to Alma. So I don't know if that had anything to do with the ending, being the way it was.

Well the grown up version of Alma don't seem to be kind at all to me. In the first part the little Alma sometimes helped u. Sometimes she cleared the way for u and sometimes led u where u had to go. The grown up Alma pushed off a ledder and often scared the (remaining) s*** out of u. In FEAR 2 I believe the bloody footsteps belonged to the younger Alma, which footsteps led u to interesting places, while the older Alma attacked u (had to push her away with MOUSE2) and when u were closing to the anti-Alma machine she tried to block ur way. If that meant to be kindness...

i think u all are wrong, alma is evil indeed, the main reason its becouse she have control of the replicas and they try to kick ur ass so that means Alma is trying to kill u. That plus her attacks then Alma it is evil , the reason why shes wasnt able to kill you/absorb you its becouse your pretty much stronger than ur mates and maybe she just choose you at the end... "if you cant beat the enemy, join them."
