try both trainers, disable antivirus, try no-cd fix, etc

I have the same problem, I've had it with other games too, Far Cry 2 and GTA4 for instance, sometimes it just works as it should but other times I can press F1 all I want too, but it just doesn't work.

for me all trainers works great. try disabling antivirus becouse most of them doesnt leave the trainer to work, btw. if ur offline (no internet) the trainer doesnt work either.

Thanks for the comeback. No running anti-virus, firewall or other 'Hog' pgms. Neither ver 1, or ver 1.01 work.
Have disks but FEAR2 was a total download from Steam. Running DSL continuous on-line.

Hey, guys. If you're using Vista, make sure you right click the trainer .exe, go to "compatibility," and check off "run as administrator."
I had problems getting them to work, so I tried that. Voila.

My trainer works like a clock, but if you activate no reload you can't pick up other weapons :P

had problems running the trainer as wellm using outpost firewall pro, which scans for programs trying to inject into memory, so i added the trainer to the exception list, allowed all and now it works like a charm. CH rocks
