A Quest? or All Quests?
If you want to complete a quest you the Oblivion Quest Codes, find the particular quest, then the journal entry you are at, then enter the codes you want from there on.
bring up the console and type player.setstage x y x = Quest. (eg MQ01) y = Stage in the quest. (eg 10)
so the full example of the above would be: player.setstage MQ01 10
If you want to complete all the Quests in-game, i think there is a cheat for that, can't remember though.
Hope this helps.

To complete one quest, you bring up the console and type in 'completequest'. That will complete your current active quest. To complete all of the quests in the game, you bring up the console and type in 'caqs'.

I thought Mw2 sucked before I tried it, it's like playing in a movie! Though it sucks that I'm the worst player in every game I join. :(

Another way is to bring up the console, and type "movetoqt". It brings you directly to the current quest target. I use this cause I've had the game crash when I used caqs.
Cheating has two definitions. The winner's and the loser's. The losers call you out on it when you beat them. The winners just call it playing with style.
