Ok now the issuses seeming to be here again.
Played: Stunt Race
Activated options:
• Unlimited Boost • Burning Route Timer
After a while, the game crashed again without any informations. Just a QTD (Quit To Desktop). The crash from the game came after a total crash with a car. Did several crashes before - all fine. Maybe this helps.

P.S.: There seems to be similar options to an another user with the same QTD problem, enabled:
• Unlimited Boost • Burning Route Timer

Oddly enough, I can't replicate my own crash. Just played for around 4 hours or so straight before it crashed. I kinda half expect a crash after that long, especially with a trainer modifying memory. At least this game auto-saves often.

I could isolate the option, that seems causing crashes:
• Burning Route Timer
I played now long time without a crash and without this option enabled.

The Freeze nearby Racers option looks like not working. I still have racers following me all the way to the end of the race

it freezes them when they are nearby to you. due to the code location i chose, and the way the game stores the racer coordinates, this is the best i could do.
if the racers get within a certain distance to you they will freeze. this option is probably more useful when you are being chased or having to chase something or if you are behind the racers and gaining on them. once you reach a critical distance their car will stop- however, once you leave them in the dust at a certain critical distance their car will resume motion. think of this option as placing an EMP device in your vehicle that disrupts the electrical and mechanical parts of vehicles when you are nearby them.

regarding the burnout timer option:
i have not been able to replicate the crash but an idea might be to leave this off until you are actually in a burnout timer race and then only activate it once the clock is actually ticking. you can also try this option within other timed races, but i have no idea if it works on them.

Sorry guys fixed the issue, turns out it was my graphics driver causing a bit of the issues, SSAO off actually turns off the problem. I'm guessing this is something to do with the Windows 7 Beta driver for Nvidia cards.

Actually the freeze nearby racers option is AWESOME the way it is. I took an alternate route once and me and the other 7 cars ended up coming from opposite directions to one road towards the Wind Farm... hit that "critical distance" and they not only stopped dead in their tracks but it was like they hit a brick wall, one of them was flipped up on the nose spinning in place like a top. Loved it. Sadly however, I only got a good glimpse at the one car as I drove by at what seemed to be 700 mph... (Oh how I wish this game had a speedometer)
BTW the freeze burning route timer option also freezes the timer during stunt runs (it ticks back and forth from one second to the next, ie: from 49 to 48 to 49 to 48). Has no effect on the timer for best time down a street though. Cal, is there any way you could look into that timer? Hard to beat some of those times with traffic the way it is.
