I know this is an old game however none of the above trainers work at all with my version of the game i have the UK 1.0.20 game with the bonus scenario and the all ghosts mod (as most ghost master players use this i think its worth the extra tainer )
The trainer that is stated as works with 1.0.20 produces a ctd when a level is started and is therefore useless the others are for older glitchy versions.

AGREEEEE !!! absolulty YES ! a trainer that force the stupid mortals to take te damned "tojan horse" or the gift. Also an option that increase the range for the spell that call the mortals to the ghost !
