Vladimir Glebov and Dimitri Rascalov is the person whom I hate very much I enjoyed killing them. Also I disliked Ray Brocchino and Jimmy Pegorino. I killed them with the missile launcher.

Better question would be who don't I dislike. The only people I like at all are Niko, Roman, and Little Jacob. Everyone else is a rat or a psychopathic freak.
