Fallout 3: Operation Anchorage Message Board  

any one know where they put the DLC on the harddrive, I usually reformat my computer every so often and would like to save these files for later. I also hate having to log into LIVE to play....


please advise..

P.S. I found some files in XLIVE DLC file but there is no install .exe are these the right files?

once you get to the DLC folder in either your USER or DOCUMENTS & SETTINGS folder. keep going through the folders until you reach CONTENT. then copy the ESM and the two BSA files to your fallout 3 data directory. that should let you play without LIVE.

Directories:
DOCUMENTS & SETTINGS (XP)
USER (VISTA)

User Name/App Data/Microsoft/XLIVE/DLC

I just finished Operation Anchorage and I really liked it specially the chinese stealth armour and the gauss rifle you get at the end

I just can't find the dlc folder in any directory, can anyone help me?
Using XP so it should be in Documents&Settings but can't find anything related to dlc or live there

try putting it in the DATA folder in the game directory
