Here's the readme on the options:

Using this Trainer
------------------
Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key

REGARDING THIS GAME, PLEASE READ!
==================================

This game uses Windows LIVE! framework. This framework can detect changes to the game code.
The game might popup a crash window. Do NOT close it! Just alt-tab back to the game and
continue playing. If your game seems to freeze, this window may have popped up but you cannot
see it. Once again, try alt-tab to get back to the game window to continue playing.


Options
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited HP
Numpad 2: Heal Body Damage
Numpad 3: Unlimited AP
Numpad 4: Add 1000 XP
Numpad 5: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 6: No Reload
Numpad 7: Add 10000 BottleCaps
Numpad 8: No Radiation Damage
Numpad 9: Hack Password
Numpad . : No Encumberance
Numpad +: Perfect Condition
Numpad - : Super Weapons


Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited HP - your HP will return to max level and stay there

Numpad 2: Heal Body Damage - your damaged body areas will return to 100 percent

Numpad 3: Unlimited AP - your AP will return to max level and stay there

Numpad 4: Add 1000 XP - you will find that your XP has increased by 1000. You will
not level up if you pass the level threshhold unless you are out of Vault 101
and you do something to create at least 1 XP point normally (i.e. kill something)

Numpad 5: Unlimited Ammo - the ammo for many weapons will increase.

Numpad 6: No Reload - your current clip will not decline and need reload. It's best to
use option 5 with this one to prevent running out of ammo.

Numpad 7: Add 10000 BottleCaps - activate this option and then enter the PIP BOY device
and select the ITEMS screen. You must have at least 1 bottlecap to begin with.

Numpad 8: No Radiation Damage - activate this option to prevent radiation damage.

Numpad 9: Hack Password - with this option activated, you can hack the passwords using
anything and you will be correct.

Numpad . : No Encumberance - with this option activated, when you fire a weapon or
pick up an item, you will find that your weight it zero. You will be able
to travel with many more items than before.

Numpad +: Perfect Condition - activate this option with a gun or weapon in your
hand and you will see that it's condition will improve to 100 percent.

Numpad - : Super Weapons - activate this option with hand weapons such as batons
and clubs and those weapons will put out massive damage. We cannot
guarantee the same effect with other weapons and guns.

Game crashes when I enable (-) Super Weapons. Tried the Alt-Tab stuff and still crashes. Not a big deal because I don't really use it, but just informing it crashes for me.

It crashes when I activate the "Perfect Condition".
Anybody else?

game crashes after activating some of thetrainer options (just the error messege can still play with the options) but when using
perfect or super it shut the game.

has anyone found a way around this issue?

You can disable X-Live in the game. As said by Pwizard, you need to rename the catalog file.

Search in the game directory for a file named 'Fallout3.exe.cat' and rename it to something like 'Fallout3.exe.dog'.

That's it, have fun with the Trainer without any crashes!

Um, i never did get to finish Fall Out 3 do to a unwanted format, so i am just now getting back to the game reinstalled it yesterday and i knew there was a few new expansion packs for it but i do not know which ones came out first, what order did these expansions come out in, can any one tell me the correct order please and TIA?
