not yet, viewing on youtube looks like okay but damn checking the size of the game is more then 10gb, so its a monster

This is an issue with a crack you downloaded.

I have played it and imo its kinda a meh game. The Strategic mode plays like total war does (with ww2). The RTS mode is a horrible bastardization of the total war concept.
