Look I know its two years since this game was launched but I just bought it today. I've completed only 25% of it as yet. I need the help with the portrait which leads us from the Grand Staircase to the Boathouse. I can't get the password. Who is the Sheperdess of the second floor? Could you guys please tell me how to get to her?

there is a staircase that is a part of the 2ND floor. she is on that staircase. if u dont see her, u will here her. she talks 2 u when u walk by, saying somthing hello, nice hat of something. she kinda looks like little boo peep.
