Here's the readme on the options:

Options

Numpad 1: 9,999,999 Money
Numpad 2: 9,999,999 Oil
Numpad 3: 1 Day Research
Numpad 4: Stop Battle Timer
Numpad 5: End Battle


Notes
-------

Numpad 1: 9,999,999 Money - press while on global map to set
Numpad 2: 9,999,999 Oil - press while on global map to set
Numpad 3: 1 Day Research - press this key and then click on the Ministry of
Research icon. You will see that each research item in the queue
will only take 1 day to complete now. You have about 2 seconds after
activating the option to open the Ministry of Research window.
Numpad 4: Stop Battle Timer - use during live battles to prolong the battle.
Numpad 5: End Battle - this will end the current battle immediately.



This trainer will allow you to customize the keys if you desire! Use our

can we get god mode and unlimited resource on everything and 1 day build on army and building also. thankx

The trainer works great...except every single time I use it every single nation declares war on me (playing as the USA). Kind of interesting when on the second turn of the game the USSR, UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan all declare war on you.

The only other issue is every time I try to play the "RTS" portion of the game it crashes to desktop although somehow I do not think that is related to the trainer.

Ok now I've looked ALL of the troubleshooting page... So I post here the question: the trainer doesn't work for me. It says "activated", either on pressing F1 or the trainer keys, but nothing happens. What to do???

EDIT: The problem was the version. I was using the GE version, now I have the right one! Works fine!
