Wurufu, you should have a Lord of the Rings Conquest folder in your My Documents folder. Put it in there. You should see the name of a file of your existing profile, just drop the JBeckman save in there as well and choose that profile at the main menu in the game.

No, you don't need to register to download the saved game. Just copy and paste that url into your web browser and hit the download link at the bottom of the page. Then paste the save game file to your LOTR Conquest save folder in My Documents. easy cheesy.
