Is it Possible To make new german Trainer for 1.1.0.35 ?

When I Installed the latest Bethesda patch last night it installed alright, but I was unable to start a new game at all,I downloaded the latest trainer too for the second Bethesda patch and still was unable to start a new game!..

I re-installed the game and installed the older patch only and went to the trainer meant for it, and again I couldn't start a new game!..

I use mods from fallout3 nexus site and had installed six new mods from there as well, and well not install those six mods tell I know what's wrong, mods I installed yesterday where Better NPC Repair,Add All Uniques, Book Delivery, Choose what you need,CMF Mini Den and GNRFixedExtended40 the last mod adds more song's to GNR!..

My game just finished installing for the 3rd time, well only install the older Bethesda patch, and rename the fallout3.exe.cat to fallout 3.exe.cat and use the trainer meant for the older patch from here!..

I have no clue why I can't suddenly start a new game with both patches, can only figure it's one of those six new mods causing my problem!..

I've seen a lot of people complaining that the new patch breaks many mods and is causing issues like the one you're seeing.
