HELP CRASHING

I start the game and click on new game then it just turns black and doesn't do anything I have to close it down. I have Windows Vista. I already tried unistalling it and reinstalling it and nothing anyone have an suggestions? Its not the Trainer.

I have important "Crash to desktop" problem with the trainer activated ...

I dont know why..

Im using the lastes trainer , steam version on windows vista 64 bits
