i've done all of the other missions but i don't know how to unlock the extra mission when looking at the newspaper clipboard, can someone tell me what i need to do to unlock the mission

R U Talking about the Mission that you have to go to the police office and listen to the conversations, and then you get the guys cell phone #. I haven't done it yet but I was reading about it. When you get the # you call it and the mission starts I think

well one of my friends at college told me how to do it, but thanks anyway. and to arepok asking for the number, it gets put it your phonebook after you go to the third floor in the police station and find the room with 3 saints mission light beams, activate them and then go into the office to get the address added to your phonebook, ring him to start the mission.

Wtf i thought i completed the game then once i was going to call a cab then i saw i had a new contact named Dex, called him and did the mission then i searched on youtube that someone did listen then i flyed to the Police Station and there it was... xD

I didn't even know what i was doing before i watched that video
