I was meaning that, if I made a trainer (I made one for the 1.0007 but haven't tried it yet) if it would work the same.

no.. probably not.. problem here is that the 1.0006 trainer has a injection problem

Edit: Yea it's confirmed , all you need to do is start the 1.0006 trainer after you start the mission , you can forget about the steps i just said a few posts ago.
