Would it be possible to create a trainer that increases your tech level? The reason I ask is I'm playing as Morocco and their tech is way behind everyone elses. It would be great if I could just lift the level to something reasonable.

Until such an option is implemented in a trainer, it can be done using the built-in cheats of the game.

1. Press [control]+[shift]+s to get a special options-window.
2. Click the window to activate text input.
3. Enter the text "cheat allowcheats" to activate the built-in cheats.
4. Click the window to activate input again.
5. Enter the text "cheat finalexam" to raise tech level one year.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you reach the level you want.
