Yea a trainer would be nice, but according to another topic board on this game
Link has Pwizard saying he has no plans to doing this game as recent as 2/16/2011.
Well to try and get the ball rolling maybe one of us could make a trainer. No idea how to make one personally, but i think i have a solid cheat table [requires CoSMOS to load] with the pointers for money, power, inf cap (left side), and vehicle cap (left side).

Hope this helps at least one person while the trainer/mod waiting game continues on.
