Galactic Civilizations 2: Endless Universe Message Board  

Played the first one, wanted to get Galactic Civilization 2.

Saw 2 versions: Endless Universe, and Ultimate Edition.

What's the difference, other than the different box cover image, the description are almost the same.

And can the trainers for the Endless Universe work for Ultimate Edition too?

The Ultimate Edition has all three (Dread Lords, Dark Avatar and the Twilight of the Arnor) all rolled into one. It also comes the a sound track. So far from what I have seen it is a good game. But he problem is that the trainers for the individual games does not work with the Ultimate Edition. You just have to wait till they release a trainer for this one. You still can cheat if you want to, by going into where the game was installed first and add a shortcut to the individual loaders to your desktop then add the "cheat" (without the quotes) to the end of the target in the after the quotes. I have used this for one of the games and it still works. I am just waiting for the trainer to come out so I can play it with the Ultimate Edition without having to add cheat to end of all of my loaders. Hope this answers your question.
