Hey

I can not watch the trainers video. Is there any program to

download. I only get empty screen.

Do you have adobe flash player 9?
Think you need that to watch trainer video.

Yes I have adobe flash player 9. and I have IE-7 & Firefox. I tried both but the problem still. I have Windows Vista 64bit.

You need the latest runtime of Java as well. Go to www.java.com to find it.

Not realy.

I don't use Java and it works fine.

You need newest Flash Player , JavaScript and maybe Shockwave Player.

I have the latest Java, Flash Player and Shockwave Player but

the problem still.

Like i said you don't need Java.
Maybe you deactivated JavaScript in your Browser.

Try to reinstall flash player and it should work , otherwise no idea how you can fix it.

I reinstalled the Flash Player but for JavaScript i did not find it in my Browser ( IE-8 Beta )
