There has not, nor will there ever be, an official MGS game on any Computer system.

According to XboxFamily, Metal Gear Solid 4 will be coming to the Xbox 360 within 12 to 14 months after the PS3 version hits retail this spring. The information comes from a Konami representative while speaking at an undisclosed distribution meeting, says XboxFamily.
"No, the rep will not be named, but this is pretty concrete," reports the fansite. "This is not a rumor."
Microsoft then provided a long-winded response to XboxFamily on leaking rumors and announcements before ending with "no comment."
I very much doubt it would be available for PC because its made for Blu-Ray drivers and if it is made for PC it would be a long time until they release it. they already had to cut it for ps3 as it was too big for blu-ray and if it does come out on xbox they r talking about it being on 4 to 6 dvds which means swapping discs on xbox unless they cut it which u will notice on xbox thats not coming from me thats coming from multi sites on the subject
