if you want to buy the club you are managing then go to:
career options in the career tab

then in the lower left of the screen there is "BUY THIS CLUB" and then buy it

but big clubs such as chelsea,Man UTD...are often very expensive (in my case chelsea costs 981 million DOLLARS !!!
