At that radio station, one dude told me that gunney cud tain me to use power armor but hev need permission forn the elder to do so, he told me that the elder is neer the lab

were the hell is the lab, i have lockt allover the plase but cant find it, please help me

The lab is actually not at the GNR tower. It is located at the Citadel, the Brotherhood of Steel main base a bit further south.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to train Power Armor at this moment. You will have to progress further in the main quest, about 3-4 quests more, before you'll even be allowed to enter the Citadel.

ah, k., well i gotten as far as to the river city whit the main quest, and done tons of side quests, thanks for info

You can also try setpccanusepowerarmor 1 so you won't bother with Gunny

thanks for that info, i can now use the armor, got anything els, chear it whit us

There is a mod now where you can get the training from Fort Independence or Fort Constantine, its on the Fallout 3 Mod Forums...
