Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 Message Board  

Hi, I'm having problems with the trainers. I tried from the 1.03 version up to the latest 1.05 versions of the game with the trainers activated. In the game i could hear the "Trainer Activated" and "Cheat activated" after i press the keys needed. But nothing happens. For example the money cheat, the voice says cheat activated but my money is still going down. None of the cheats work for me. I'm using Vista and I've followed the trouble shooting guide. From starting the trainer first to using the trainer in XP compatibility mode. So anyone have any ideas?

p.s. I updated the RA3 from gamespot.com and not from the game auto update. Is that a problem?

disable antivirus. something is blocking the trainer from accessing the memory.

I've tried that too. With the offline mode for the trainer. Didn't work either.

Hehe, never mind. It works now. Tinkered with the anti virus software. Weird though, the trainer didn't work when i closed my anti-virus. But it works when i put the trainer on my exception list.
