hey if you dont like it dont play it but tbh its not so far fetched.
if the japanese had not been crippled after the 2nd world war then cool mecha type things are excactly what they would have come up with after all they are a people very skilled with electronics and engineering. maybe its not possible in rl but this is a GAME.
Want to talk possible or not possible lets start ripping up chronospheres for a start and you can get rid of zeppelins that dont burst into flames the minute theyre shot at too.
while were at it why dont we nix every single rpg in the bud because magic isnt possible.
oh and lets get rid of gta and most racing games becuase no one could survive that many car crashes.
want realism walk out the door into the sunshine bud its real as can be out there il take my fantasy served up absurd plx with an extra helping of wtf wouldnt he rupture his spleen waving a 2 ton sword like that.

Dude, your post has almost absolutely nothing to do with this threat, in the least.
Personally, I'm finding it extremely hard to continue this game. The biggest thing that really gets me are the actresses. Don't get me wrong; hot chicks in a video game? All over it. But the all they used were freakin' Porn stars (ala Jenny McCarthy) and other various pin-ups. Women like that DON'T join the military, I can confirm that. One or two here and there, fine. EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER, F# that. Tim Curry as Russia's leader? Pfft. I <3 Tim, but I just can't see that. Also, I think the girl that played Tanya in RA2 was WAAAAAY better than Jenny.
The gameplay drives me crazy, the way that each faction builds things COMPLETELY differently from the other. The fact that EVERYTHING is amphibious is just ridiculous, and the fact that almost every single SP scenario involves water is kind of overkill.
I do get a kick out of shooting infantry landward with their amphibious carrier, but I still think it's a bit over the top.
The Co-Op is where this game shines. Being able to complete scenarios with your friends is the coolest thing ever. However, it's also the crux of this game...you can't solo the scenarios, as if you aren't playing with a friend, you have an absolutely stupid AI with you that does it's own things no matter what you tell it to do.
I still think Tiberium Wars was the best so far, and that won't change at least until the next C&C game comes along.
i also agree with wat nemesis said.. however which would you prefer?? a realistic game which has really good graphics.. or a non realistic game which has also good graphics only it has toy tank apocalypes and robots that has 3 heads and body? same story, same game.... whats better?
A realistic game with good graphics. Something similar to CoH.
