Regarding the Cheats & Hints.

What should we do for enter this cheat: process_cq settlement or add_population Y X for settlements that have a long name for example: campus roxolani

Type Process _cq Settlement Name And Then Again Open The Console
And Press The Up Arrow Button 1 Time And It Will Automatically Write What You Have Written Before

Eh actually he was asking about how to add population or finish all construction in settlements such as Campus Iazyges or Campus Dacia.

The key to adding pop or buildings in such cities is to write:
process_cq Campus_Roxolani
Also a reminder that you can rename the cities.For this you enter the settlement where the constructions are and click on the city's name at the top.A line should appear for editing the name and pressing backspace you remove the name and add a new one.Campus Roxolani>Kiev
And when you're writing a cheat code you can use both the original name(Campus_Roxolani) and the new one(Kiev in this example)

As I mentioned before the way to solve this is very simple; wherever this a two part name for a city just put the name in the quotation.

For example:

process_cq "campus roxolani"

or

add_population "campus roxolani" 500
