ahm i have this problem to but most of the time when i autosculpt the visual stuff .. its soo anoying .. and im not useing chats or trainers!!

sounds like a geforce video card driver issue. It can happen sometimes with WHQL, and even beta. Try uninstalling it, then use DriverSweeper (it's free just google it), restart computer and then reinstall the latest WHQL release from the nvidia site. If you're using an ATI card then I'm sorry and would not have a clue as to what the problem might be.
